What are the delivery charges for orders from the online store?
We ship by PosLaju and various courier services such as Skynet, City Link, GDEX, Nationwide Express and TA-Q-BIN (Yamato). The shipping charges will vary by item weight and location hence please check the shipping fees on the details page of each item and during checkout.
Which payment methods are accepted in the online store?
We currently accept payment through direct bank transfer to our bank account. We are working on and hope to provide payment facilities through a payment gateway that will allow payment by credit/debit card and online banking. We do not accept COD or cheque payment at the moment.
How long will delivery take?
For items that have ready stock, delivery will take 2-5 days to arrive via PosLaju or courier services. For items that are being shipped from overseas, delivery will take about 1-2 weeks and in exceptional circumstances may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
How secure is shopping in the online store? Is my data protected?
We take your personal data and your privacy seriously and have mechanisms in place to protect your data. Our website is hosted in a secure hosting location and all sensitive communication is encrypted. We will not share or distribute your personal information to any third party without your consent and you can unsubscribe, cancel and request to remove your data at anytime.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once we receive your order and full payment has been made and verified, we will begin the picking, packing and shipping process. If your orders are being shipped from overseas, we will organise all necessary arrangement to ship the products to your door.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, we will issue you an invoice and receipt for your order at your request.
